An official Japanese Famicom with detachable AV lead. We removed the original RF out and replaced it with a  way jack so that an AV lead can be plugged into the back.

The cable can be either an AV SCART type or 3 phono type - please make your choice and mail us when you make payment

The AV output comes highly recommended over the original Japanese RF which in many cases cannot be tuned into a non-Japanese TV. The Famicom cannot be modded for RGB without replacing the video processor with a very expensive alternative. This is the best solution at this low price.

The console includes the FULL amp needed to display AV correctly. This is included inside the system.

The joypads supplied (both pads on the original Famicom are hardwired and cannot be unplugged) are fully tested for faults and work perfectly.

The console itself is in beautiful condition and unyellowed unlike most examples of this system.
